What connects

Integrations

Telepulse is designed around the tools British businesses already use. No proprietary formats. No locked-in ecosystems. If your data lives in a common spreadsheet or invoicing platform, there is a strong chance Telepulse can read from it.

Spreadsheet sources

Telepulse can read from spreadsheet formats directly, whether hosted in the cloud or stored locally and shared via network drives.

Google Sheets

Connect any Google Sheet directly via your Google account. Telepulse reads from named sheets and specific cell ranges. Supports multiple tabs within a single workbook.

Cloud

Microsoft Excel

Works with .xlsx and .xls formats. Connect via OneDrive for live updates or upload files manually for periodic snapshots. Supports named ranges and structured tables.

Cloud & Local

CSV Files

Standard comma-separated files exported from any source. Useful for connecting tools that do not have a direct API integration but can export data on a schedule.

Upload

Microsoft 365 Sheets

Connects to Excel files stored within Microsoft 365 environments via the Microsoft Graph API. Suitable for organisations using Teams and SharePoint as their document hub.

Cloud

Invoicing platforms

Read invoice data directly from your invoicing platform. Overdue invoices, payment status and client balances all feed into the dashboard automatically.

Xero

Connects via the Xero API using OAuth authentication. Reads invoices, bills, contacts and account summaries. Updates automatically as your Xero data changes.

API

FreeAgent

Reads invoices, timeslips and expenses from FreeAgent. Particularly well-suited for freelancers and small agencies already using FreeAgent as their primary invoicing tool.

API

QuickBooks Online

Integrates with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API. Invoice status, customer balances and payment history all feed into the Telepulse dashboard without duplication.

API

Invoice exports (PDF/CSV)

For invoicing tools without a direct integration, exported files can be uploaded to Telepulse manually or via scheduled export. A practical path for less common platforms.

Working on more connections

The list of supported integrations grows based on what businesses using Telepulse actually need. If your tool is not listed here, get in touch and let us know what you are using. That information directly shapes what we build next.
